THE FIRST RUMOR
The oldest version of the story starts on Observatory Hill. He was found in a crater on the Outer Ring, glowing faintly and extremely annoyed.
THE NIGHT IT HAPPENED
He once left a full plate in because the only free chair faced the wall. The waiter still remembers the tip, and that he never once looked away from the door while paying it.
