BLUE WHISPER NEVER LEFT THE SMOKE.
“NORMAL BEHAVIOUR.”
He lights the cigarette at midnight and lets it burn down without taking a single draw. The Smoke has a theory. The Smoke is wrong.
LAST SEEN
Last seen in the Smoke, where the rain never fully stops. His current whereabouts are listed as 'yes'.
RECOVERED FRAGMENT
He first appeared in the Smoke as a rumour, and only later, reluctantly, as a person. He has never needed to ask for quiet. Rooms simply go quiet around him.

RECOVERED · PARTIAL
The page was torn. What remains: a barman in noticed it first: at midnight, the cigarette lit, set down in a dish and left to burn to nothing while he watched the smoke. The barman offered a fresh one. He said no, the first was not finished.
“HE LIGHTS THE CIGARETTE AND NEVER SMOKES IT. IT BURNS FOR SOMEONE ELSE.”
It isn't finished. He has made very sure of that.
